How to delete your Padel Pals account

1. Open the Padel Pals app on your phone (iOS or Android).
2. Sign in with the Google or Apple account you use for Padel Pals.
3. Go to your profile.
4. Tap Delete Account, then confirm Delete Account and All Data.

If you cannot use the app, email [email protected] from the address on the account, with the subject Delete my Padel Pals account. We will process web/email requests within 30 days.

Data we delete

• Account and sign-in identifiers
• Profile (name, photo, club, ratings)
• Match history, player ratings, and related gameplay data tied to you
• Push notification / device tokens
• In-app settings stored with your account

Data we keep (and for how long)

• Payment records (amount, status, Stripe PaymentIntent ID, purpose) for 6 years — HMRC
• Server logs for up to 90 days
• Shared match records other players still need (for example a fixture you played in). Your name and profile are removed; the match can remain for the other players
• Stripe may keep its own records under Stripe’s privacy policy

Deletion cannot be undone.
