Yes for unpaid member Court Bookings clubs can turn on: hours, who may self-serve, and a shared day board. See Court Bookings. No for membership fees and paid court hire — those stay with the club.

Clubs turn on Member booking is live after ticking who may self-serve on the Players list. Those members open Book a court, tap a free slot and choose a duration. Clubs set hours, slot length, quotas and the cancel window once in Courts and booking. The same courts feed Club Socials, box league play times and Group Lessons.

Open the Americano tab and create a session. Choose Play now or Sign-ups, how many players (adjustable), one or two courts, and Americano or Mexicano. You can set a rating band for who may sign up. Members join from the share link; guests are added by name and are not rated. Score in the app so the current round and standings stay live. Turn on Sync for share and live standings if you want a TV or club group to watch the board without signing in.

Open the Competitions tab and choose Leagues. Staff tap + to Create Box League — name, duration, number of boxes, teams per box and how many teams move between boxes. Members open View League for the standings grid and submit Set Scores (or Award Walkover) in the match sheet. Shared Play times reserve courts on the Court Bookings board.

Members mark availability for a club session. Organisers pack fair courts and publish — fixtures then appear in Upcoming like ordinary matches. This is still availability and packing. When the club uses Court Bookings, those courts are booked first, then the social opens for sign-ups.

Club coaches publish named Group Lessons — weekly or one-off — with a topic (band training or a skill class) and a tight rating band. The default is four players at £15 per player. Members who match the level book from Club Home, one week at a time. Group size can be 1 for a private lesson; the hourly rate on the coach dashboard is a 1-to-1 guide only.

Yes. The player who submitted a result can open that match in the app and edit it.

Match data is stored in secure cloud storage. Sign in with Apple or Google and your results stay synchronised across devices.

There is no practical limit. Record the matches you play; statistics stay available across your history.

Use the log out control in the app or on the website, then sign in again with Apple, Google, or an email code if you need a different account.

Padel Pals uses a 9-tier player level system — from Newcomer to Elite — to group players for matchmaking and Box Leagues.

Match rating also shows confidence, can be seeded by a coach rating, and may move after each result. You can leave anonymous feedback on whether opponents’ ratings felt fair.

From another player’s public profile you can Follow them. That network is used in the club leaderboard’s Followed filter and when scheduling open matches marked “People I follow only”.

There is no activity feed — Follow is for matching and visibility, not a social timeline.

Open Matches → Upcoming Matches. Use Mine / Club / Join and the filters for gender, format (Open / Competitive) and level range. When you schedule a match you can set who can join — gender, rating band and optional follow-only.

Badges unlock as you play — match volume, partnerships, rating milestones, Box League and tournament achievements, from bronze through platinum. Open Badges from Profile or Me Stats to see progress and share unlocks.

Preferred side (Left / Right / Either) helps partners know how you like to play. Gender on your profile is used for Men’s / Ladies’ / mixed matching on open matches, leaderboards and Club Socials eligibility where those rules apply.

Open Competitions → Leagues, then select your Box League and tap View League to see standings and match results. More: Box Leagues.

Open the Box League, tap View League, select the match, enter the set scores and tap Submit Result. See also Box League rules.

Contact them through your club’s usual channel. If there is no response for seven days or more, speak to your Box League coordinator — Padel Pals does not hold each club’s coordinator details.

In the app, open Player Profile and use Delete Account. You can also follow the steps on our delete account page.
